We are looking at a startup enthusiast with 6 + years of experience for an initial stage startup to manage and scale a portfolio of brands under the below-mentioned category :

Personal & Beauty care or Home & Kitchen

Key responsibility :

- Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals, and strategies to match up to.

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor's activity to identify opportunities.

- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

- Handle marketing spends and prepare media briefs across different platforms

- Working with internal and external teams to execute plans.

- Responsible for the development and implementation of all communication and point of sales strategies.

- Develops and manages the business's brand strategy as well as corresponding brand elements in order to maximize the brand's equity
