AVP/VP - Capital Markets - Change The Bank - Investment Banking

One of our leading Investment banking clients in Hyderabad is looking for AVP role for below mentioned skill set.

Designation : AVP / VP

Location : Hyderabad

Education : Any PG preferably an MBA or Excellent graduate level education

Experience : 11 to 18 years (Relevant minimum 8 yrs.)

Role :

- Candidates will have demonstrable experience of regulatory processes within investment banks, an ability to think of creative solutions to problems, and a successful track record of project delivery.

Should be able to :

- Formulation of Strategies and Policies

- Arrangement and Allocation of Team Funds

- Translates business strategy into work programs and processes

- To build / develop a career in advising Capital Markets clients

- Directs lower-level managers or team leaders or directly manages a specialty function

Responsibilities :

- High quality delivery on a client assignment, usually as part of an on-site project team

- Managing smaller project teams or work streams as part of larger projects, helping to oversee quality of delivery

- Demonstrating knowledge and experience in one or more market areas and technical skills

- Assisting in the development of long-term trusted advisor relationships with our clients

- Managing project risk, quality and financials

- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for new business

- Aiding proposals and bid teams

Mandatory skills :

- BFSI Industry Experience

- Successful track record in the capital markets industry, a specialist financial services consultancy

- Good appreciation of current market trends in Capital Markets

- Good (in depth at Manager Level) understanding of one or more capital markets product areas (including OTC and exchange traded / listed derivatives, equity and fixed income securities, repo / stock lending, commodities and FX)

- Ability to develop and deliver high quality output against stated project objectives and meet tight deadlines

Process Improvement : Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Business Process Management (BPM), Workflow, Exception Processing, Process Control Review and Design, Six Sigma, Lean, Process Modeling, Process Metrics

Business Requirements Definition : Functional Requirements Definition, Use Case Definition, Business Analysis
