The key job responsibilities will be to:
- Support US project teams in providing financial consulting services relating to valuation of businesses, intangible assets, and corporate finance related services
- Analyze companies from a financial, operational, and industry perspective mergers and acquisitions (M&A) due diligence experience
- Have knowledge of financial models and be able to create financial models based on business issues or transactions being analyzed and get the team to deliver high-quality valuation work products
- Successful experience in overall engagement planning and job economics (e.g., deployment, budgeting, and billing/collections)
- Interact with internal and external clients and communicate with senior managers, partners/principals, and directors (PPDs) in the United States
- Lead internal initiatives and practice management engagements
- Effectively manage risk associated with engagements
- Successfully manage a team, including resolving issues and starting to team across regions
- Provide guidance to team, especially in cases where troubleshooting is required. Train the team on new methods and processes
- Assist internal clients on client development and practice development assignments
- Build client base with US senior managers and PPDs internal and external relationships
- Assume responsibility for the quality control and accuracy of client deliverables by supervising the work of staff and seniors
- MBA Finance
- 11-15 years of relevant Business Valuation experience
Preferred skills: CFA Level II cleared or appeared
Qualification: MBA, CA, CFA
