Job Description :
- Maximise revenue and customer value by identifying and materializing potential business opportunities, and delivering a suite of commercial banking products.
- Acquire, build and strengthen your portfolio of clients by working closely with product specialists to identify cross-selling opportunities and developing product solutions on target segments
- Minimise credit risks and loss to the Bank by reinforcing timely and stringent credit assessments, as well as active management of critical relationships
- Be accountable for the performance of your portfolio of borrowing and high-value customers, as well as products sales, business referrals, and customer services
- Grow existing Business Banking relationships and refer new potential relationships for relationship management at Corporate Banking teams
- Manage credit, operational risk and ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor sales quality and compliance; maintain internal control standards on operational risks.
The launch of judgmental lending at INM is essential for the bank to build a scalable business in this dynamic market and attract & retain the chosen set of international customers. The jobholder will report to the Regional Head of Business Banking India and will be responsible for acquiring and managing lending relationships.
Qualifications
- University graduate with a minimum of 6 years' general banking experience and relevant exposure in commercial credit
- Good understanding of commercial banking products and services as well as cross-border servicing requirements
- Solid customer relationship management experience with good leadership and planning skills
- Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
Should be willing to relocate to Bangalore / Chennai .
