We are looking for AVP / VP - Business Development for one of our esteemed Client in BPO / KPO sector
Role:
- Lead the Pre-Sales practice of client, supporting Sales and Front End teams in their endeavour to address new business opportunities in international BPO / KPO industry
- Strategically contribute to F&A and RPO Pre sales practices and engagement with front end team with innovative & transformative solutions, cost / pricing models and benchmarking industry trends
- Strengthen Client’s Pre Sales practice with identification of new BPO / KPO specific business solutions through market study and other research initiatives
- Help establish new vertical(s) for service capabilities
- Engage and lead on site client presentations and due diligence
- Mentor and manage a team of Business Development Professionals
- Achieve the agreed targets and KPIs
Experience:
- Overall 10 to 12 years of experience with at least 8 years in BPO / KPO business development preferably in the UK market but other geographies can be considered.
Qualification
- MBA with marketing specialization preferred but someone with right experience can be considered
