Position- AVP / VP - Business Development
Yrs of Experience- 10-13 yrs
Location- Dubai - (1 position)- Candidate must be from Dubai for not less than 5-7 Yrs
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate Business revenue through B2B sales in the Gulf region
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients in the region
- Strategic account management and service delivery as per SLAs
- Building and implementing corporate out-reaching and engagement plans /platforms
- Building and managing Channel partners in the region for business acquisition and delivery
- Leading regional digital media efforts with the help of HO and craft clear visibility into long term social media plans
Key Skills: Experienced in B2B Sales, Client management preferably from the Education or Banking / NBFC Industry.
- Should have proven track record of meeting revenue targets and a go-getter attitude.
- Should have experience in managing strategic / key accounts.
- The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and a good listener
- Knowledge of regional / local L& D Industry and best practices would be preferable
Qualification Graduate / Post Graduation in any discipline
- At least 7 yrs of B2B sales experience
- Should have consistently achieved revenue targets.
- Well versed with the UAE / Gulf Market
