AVP/VP - Banking Operations - AML/KYC/Middle Office/Back Office/Card

We are looking out for AVP/ VP - Banking Operations (AML/ KYC/ Middle Office/ Back Office/ Cards etc with a banking MNC

The person should have exposure working in banking firms with good experience in Operations.

The role involves -

- Understand and translate the immediate business/ function strategy into own team and aligning direction accordingly.

- Responsible for managing multiple team and operations which provides services to internal customers

- Ensure that internal business operations are executed in accordance with prevailing rules, blueprint and design principles

- Seek continuous improvements in efficiency of service provision and cost effectiveness of operations

Experience Required

- Knowledge of Cards preferred

- Ability to form effective relationships and achieve influence at senior level in the organization

- Good working knowledge of functional area in an operational or consulting capacity

- Negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
