Job Description :

Level - AVP / VP

Reporting : Head of Digital Business and Marketing and Analytics

Experience : 6-7 years in Advanced Analytics

Responsibilities :

- Build Analytics around improving the Profitability

- Build actionable insights around cross sell and up sell

- Build algorithms for demand prediction for mutual funds

- Build actionable insights around customer retention

- Build actionable insight around go to market strategy for new product launches

- Build actionable insights around market entry strategies

- Build actionable insights using unstructured data and third party data in financial services

- Build actionable insights using social interactions with brand

- Work with Fund management to build strong recommendation engine for existing customers.

- Improving Digital Product quality and satisfaction based on customer insights

Requirements :

Skills : Data Science, Segmentation, Predictive modelling, SAS and leading analytical open source technologies (R, Python, d3), unstructured data analysis.

Experience :

- Proven work experience as senior data scientist for more than 5 yrs in consumer behavior analysis and identifying trends, worked on multiple cohorts at a time to run effective communication and product development strategy.

- Should have contributed to MAU / DAU / Improved CACs / Avg. transactions per customers

- Graduation - Master in Statistics from premium colleges / IIT
