Your Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with the product, finance and risk teams on overall delivery on Customer/Product insight and analysis - penetration, usage, opportunity, sector, sizing impact of product changes, Identification of new sales opportunities (inc. campaign design, model build )
- Deliver tangible benefits to CPB through the innovative use of data to drive better client engagement, improve decision making and increase efficiency
- Development of the CPB customer value and returns model including the definition and implementation of a single profitability metric at a product, facility and customer level.
- Deliver high-quality, value-add data driven insights that drive improved decision making with the CPB business and demonstrably moves the business forward and achieves commercial outcomes.
- Work with the business to interpret and influence their objectives and measure the performance against these objectives where required. Handling multiple stakeholders and working simultaneously on multiple (2-4) projects
- Responsible for proactively supporting C&P business areas by recommending opportunities for improving financial performance through a more entrepreneurial and customer focused approach to analytics
The Skills you- ll need
In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills & experience:
- Masters in Business Administration / Maths / Statistics / Economics / Operational Research / Quantitative Economics
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Economics/Commerce/Mathematics
- 9-11 years of relevant experience in data management preferably within financial services industry or database marketing
