We are looking for Senior Manager for A BIG Brand in financial services with a Pan-india network of branches in Mumbai. Please find below the Job Responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- New infrastructure development.
- Site Identification and finalizing for new offices and hubs in co-ordination with the property agents and business team.
- Execution of lease deed and its registration with necessary approvals.
- Preparation of the SOR with Rate Analysis.
- Preparing the Estimate.
- Co-ordination with the Vendors for the execution of the works.
- Monitoring the quality of works with in specification at the branches.
- Coordination with TKO (Turn-key Operators) for building up the spaces with all necessary infrastructure works including provision of IT systems in the building space.
- Verification and processing of TKO bills and R&M bills.
- Final hand-over of the built space to the Sales team.
- Existing infrastructure management.
- Managing existing assets of the company.
- Assessing R&M (repairs & maintenance) of existing centers.
- Supervision of R&M work under execution.
- Implementation of 5S management system for existing centers.
- Overlook house keeping issues at the branches.
- Vendor Management.
- Maintaining the look and feel of the branches.
- One point contact for the sales team for any issues.
Desired Profile: The candidate should have 10 to 20 years of relevant experience in over all Administration, should have managed multiple branches in a large geography at a Regional/zonal or national level. Should have significant experience in infrastructure development/rolling out new branches.
