Company: A Large $10 Billion International Fund with operations in over 20 countries

Role: Fund raising

Qualification: MBA from leading global or domestic institutes

The firm is seeking a candidate to urgently join its Mumbai team to work with the US office. The focus will be on private equity fund raising working with global investors (LPs).

Criteria

- Must Have: Established offshore investor relationships particularly in USA and Europe with LPs

- 3-10 years experience in either investment banking/corporate finance or fund raising for private equity funds

- International background and thorough understanding of global markets and the LP investor community

- Entrepreneurial and self-starter positive attitude

- Must be willing to work USA hours from Mumbai

- Willing to Relocate to USA on H1B or Green Card as and when the need arises

Job Description: The candidate's primary responsibility is the development of new and existing investor relationships particularly with USA and European investors

- Prepare various marketing materials (powerpoint presentations, teasers etc)

- Find prospective investors as per requirements of the fund's individual asset classes

- Contact established relationships and arranging Road Shows and meetings

- Provide information packets to potential investors

- Due diligence, support

- No Cold-Calling: Candidates will be required to reach out only to investors they have developed relationships with

Salary shall be commensurate with experience and qualifications
