AVP/VP - Accounts - Financial Services

Looking for AVP / VP finance& accounts role in a leading housing finance firm in Delhi/NCR

- The AVP/VP accounts will oversee the financial accounting and reporting activities within the organization.

- This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of financial services, who can manage complex financial operations and ensure the company's financial integrity.

- Maintain accurate accounting records for future references.

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

- Support month-end and year-end close process

- Prepare year-end P&L and Balance Sheet

- Ensure financial records comply with company policies and accounting principles.

- Perform month end closing activities such as account reconciliation, revenue accounting, expense accounting, etc.

- Prepare finance reports required for team meetings or as requested by management and customers.

- Prepare and submit financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.

- Review all financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Support preparation of annual budget, forecast and projections.

- Manage all financial accounting activities for business operations.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA or CFA preferred.

- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in financial accounting and management, preferably within the financial services industry.

- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.

- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
