AVP - BPO/Volume Hiring (Core Recruitment)

Relevant Experience: 10+ Years

We need people who are currently working in Tier 1 Global IT, ITES, Shared Service, Management Consulting Firm, Banking Captives, KPOs.

Only candidates having experience in core Recruitment / Talent Acquisition need apply.

Job Description:

- Will be responsive for bulk / volume hiring

- Will be leading at least 30 to 40 people

- Should have exposure in BPO Hiring / Volume Hiring, Voice/Non-voice Hiring

- Should have experience of 500-1000 hiring per month

- Candidate should be currently at Sr. Manager / AVP level

- Candidates from Mumbai (current or native of Mumbai and suburb will be given preference)
