We are hiring for the Leadership Role - Enterprise Sales (position for one of our reputed clients at Gurugram. Our client is a young Fintech Company providing Accounting & Compliance Management product for Business Enterprises).
Skills, Responsibilities & Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience with a minimum of 10 years of experience selling Enterprise Business Product.
- Driving C-level interactions with the ability to navigate discussions to the closure.
- Understanding Fintech & Accounting Compliance domain
- Detailed Oriented, Process-driven, and quality-focused mindset.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Obsession with people and customer happiness.
- Have a track record of overachieving sales targets
- Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and move many opportunities simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
- Operational responsibilities include accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts that are done smoothly and effectively.
- Identify Key Decision Makers by performing research and using prospecting tools.
- Ability to analyze the customer needs and map them to our solution which addresses the needs is going to be extremely desirable.
- Somebody whom customers will not hesitate to call when they are in problem or call you because they love to talk to you.
