Job Description :
- Adapt, communicate and implement the strategic direction of all operations to ensure adherence to global policies and processes
- Create and implement short-term tactical plans to meet SLA performance metrics
- Designing employee training programs, building succession plans and crafting an internal promotion process.
- To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting along with a strategic mindset in order to develop a skilled workforce.
- Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent
- Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in client satisfaction
