- 11+ years of experience in Campaigns Management, execution and Business Intelligence/Reporting
- Experience in Banking industry is preferred
- Clear understanding of customer communication channels, contact strategies, evolving landscape on Digital
- Experience on end to end Campaigns journey - Planning, Design, Development, Deployment, Pre/Post Campaign Analysis
- Hands on experience on tools such as SAS, QlikSense, Understanding of Adobe Analytics and other Adobe products
- Exposure to BI solutioning, knowledge of relevant tools in BI space, and clarity around evolving trends in BI/Visualization space
- Effectively drive and manage change, plan business contingency and achieve cross-training.Create an environment within the team which fosters free sharing of knowledge & ideas.
- Conducting high level analysis of reports to highlight unusual numbers of trends.
- Maintaining the documents associated with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the creation, maintenance, and alteration of standard management reports.
- Understand projects from the business, technical perspectives and works independently with onshore partners to deliver standard reporting packs within agreed timelines and with 100% quality
- Adherence to Group policies, audit, controls, and compliance requirements including but not limited to Declaration of secrecy, data protection act, health, safety and security, clear desk policy
- People management
- Experience in managing diverse stakeholders
