AVP Vendor Management & Experience

Responsibilities:

To provide Partners (Restaurants & Kitchens) a seamless experience operationally working with the Company and its stakeholders (Managing Company & Stakeholders on behalf of Partners)

Creation & Deployment of SOPs and Trainings for Partners for ease of Operations with Company and for delivering the best end-Consumer Experience in a cost-optimized manner

Setting up swift processes for managing Partner On-boarding (Manual and Integrations based) on to Company Platform by deploying the appropriate mix of People and Technology

Managing Cataloguing requirements of Partners for new and existing Partners which are benchmarked versus the Competition in terms of Speed and Accuracy

Providing Support to the Partners across different formats (Online-offline) for best catering to the Operational requirements of our Partners

Setting up and maintaining Rules and Guidelines for Partners to get the best in-class Experience while at the same time attaining Platform Objectives of GMV, P&L and Consumer Experience

Strategizing and implementing Automations and Self-serve modules for increasing our Ability to Scale faster at the same time optimizing for costs

Working closely with the Partner ecosystem to gain a better understanding of their businesses and using this knowledge, to deploy products which are the right market-fit

Ownership of the Partner NPS lies with this role, hence using a combination of Market Practices and Innovation to continue to improve on the same

Reducing Costs incurred for the Operational processes by appropriate deployment of People and Technology suited for the right segment of Restaurant Partners

Gathering Competitive Intelligence data to ensure we stay updated on the Market dynamics

Manage the vendor management administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish

Responsible for training new recruits and mentoring the existing ones

Preferred Candidate:

PG from Premier institute with 4-10 years of experience in Vendor Management, Operations, Catalogue Operations, Business Development, Sales or Account Management

A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan and execute the same

Effective Analytical and Communication skills

Attitude & Aptitude for Business Development

Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life

Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally. Achieves a good result through a well-planned approach

Creativity & Initiative - demonstrate creativity & originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward
