About our Client - Our client is a well known name in banking internationally, with a successful history in India, and strong growth plans for the future. They have been expanding greatly and are looking for a driven professional to manage the contact center at vendor location based out of Chandigarh
Job Description - Reporting to the head of north region your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring adherence to service level agreements with the vendor
- Driving the relationship between organization and vendor
- Driving productivity for sales and service parameters by tracking defects, channel migration, taking feedback, working with SMEs on feedback
- Contributing to the final value of the services provided to the bank's customers and the internal units being serviced
- Being committed to meet the internal/external customer's needs and provide effective and timely support in a positive manner
The Successful Candidate - You have at least 7 years of relevant work experience. An MBA highly desirable. You should have strong understanding of BPO operations an ability to manage the relationship with senior stakeholders. Previous vendor management experience is preferred. You have shown maturity in decision making and have analytical and problem solving ability. Negotiating and influencing skills are important
