AVP - Upselling Business - Life Insurance

Experience: 10+ years of experience in Life Insurance, At least 5+year experience in team

Handling from direct marketing or Service to Sales model.

Preferably No Banca or Agency.

Qualification: Graduate & MBA- Marketing & Finance

Reporting to: Sales Head

Reportees: Zonal Sales Head (North, South, West)

Job Specification :

Responsbile for Pan India Up Sales Business (P&L)

- Conceptualize, plan, implement and monitor sales strategy to drive business growth.

- Leading sales team, setting their targets and motivating them towards achievement of the same.

- Maintain relationship with existing client and generate more business through cross selling and upselling.

- Ensuring team is updated on training modules internally developed by the company

Desired Qualities :

- Talented and dynamic individual with good selling skills. (Sales will be done through HOT leads)

- Should have experience of handling a team and driving business through them.

- Smart & hardworking.
