AVP - Treasury - NBFC

(Our client is a 4 years old Non Banking Financial Company, looking out for a AVP - Treasury based at Navi Mumbai)

Position - AVP - Treasury

Location - Mumbai

Qualification - CA/ ICWA/ MBA Finance

Experience-

- A CA/ ICWA/ MBA Finance with 12 -15 Years of experience, preferably with some NBFC exposure

- Should have strong financial analysis and financial modeling capabilities.

- Should have experience in establishing and maintaining banking relationships.

Role -

- Funding Relationship Management: Building a strong rapport with Banks, Financial Institutions and Investors.

- Liquidity Management: Ensuring Liquidity at all times by having adequate credit lines and effective forecasting mechanism

- Negotiating and executing the best terms of borrowings in terms of pricing, tenor and documentation
Investment of surplus funds within the parameters of safety, liquidity and returns.

- Facilitating timely repayment of debts and fund repatriation to group treasury.

- Compliances: Maintenance of Audit Trails and Compliance with Internal/External Regulations
Coordination with Internal/External Auditors and Regulatory Agencies

- Reporting: Compilation, Monitoring & Maintaining all MIS Reports for Treasury Function
Preparation of Funding Proposals to Banks and Financial Institutions

- Process Enhancement : Review processes and makes recommendations
