AVP - Treasury - BFSI

Secure local based funding in order to cover business needs of the company by utilizing his/her existing relationships with potential lenders/banks

Making new relationships/ communication with potential banking/financial partners which can materialize into a new funding deals

Full ownership of the new deals including funding documentation on behalf of the company with support of lawyers and CFO; coordinates the whole deal

Full responsibility maintaining existing loans relationships especially

- meeting information obligations and representation clauses,

- ensuring full compliance with all financial covenants

- communication with current lenders

Supporting ALCO/Treasury functions of the company
