AVP- Transition in this role get to:

Be the expert: Be responsible for leading client facing projects from project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and close-down processes.

Strengthen relationships: Work closely with customers to deliver their projects on time and on budget. They must possess the ability to lead combined teams with senior client, 3rd party vendor.The ability to report and present to executive management is a must

Control and coordinate: The individual selected for this role needs to be self-driven, have a passion for understanding how to solve problems, and be willing to embrace challenges head on. The ideal candidate is someone with a desire for continual learning and who possesses strong communication, problem-solving, analytic, interpersonal skills, and is: - Customer service-oriented - Detail-oriented - Adaptable - Accountable - Resilient - Able to lead a team.

Our most successful candidates will have:

Minimum of 16+ years total work experience within different vertical market segments such as F&A, mortgage, telecom, retail, banking, healthcare, etc

F&A Transition exp. must

Must have Project Management Experience in BPO and recommended domain experience in F&A (P2P, O2C, R2R)

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills; ability to assess and anticipate client needs and instill confidence

Work experience to include exposure to IT, telecommunications, and application development Minimum of 5+ years successfully managing the complete project life cycle involving multiple functions and teams.

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree a plus.

Experienced in using project management tools, such as MS Project.

Positive attitude, and the ability to work and communicate with all levels of management, internal and external vendors/partners, functional leaders, team members, etc.

Should be able to lead a team of Transition Specialists

Ability to work independently and with minimal direction

Strong analytical, computer, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to execute a variety of projects across multiple geographies and business cultures.
