Program Lead - Transformation (Key account-M&IS).

M&IS Transformation Lead.

PURPOSE (why does the position exist, WITH what objectives and WITHIN what limits).

- Lead all transformation activities for the key account so as to achieve account transformation goals

- Lead the transformation COE for the key account and assure that team members deliver needful on time

- Program manage transformation projects for the account and ensure success of the same.

Transformation :

- Analyse the processes and pain areas to identify opportunities for transformation.

- Identify resources and staff the program/project.

- Evolve innovative solutions through collaboration, within TCS, that satisfies the Business Case criteria.

- Discuss within COE and generate solutions.

- Prepare the transformation roadmap detailing the timelines, dependencies, benefits etc.

- Present same to key stakeholders

- Identification of improvement opportunities that will ensure achievement of target benefits

- Identification of solutions and creation of roadmap for implementation in tandem with overall project goals"

Program Management :

- Coordinate with the different teams involved for the execution.

- Monitor, drive, execute tasks as per project plan to ensure successful outcomes with Scope, Time, Cost.

- Report and review progress of all improvement projects

- Discuss with key internal stakeholder and client on implementation along with delivery/CoE" 60% "- Execution of projects and adherence to timelines

- Availability of status information of projects with all key stakeholders

- Successful completion of projects
