F&A - R2R Auto SME

- Lead the development and deployment of solutions and transition framework for F&A practice.
- Lead pre-sales initiatives like RFP / RFI responses, developing marketing collateral for F&A offerings.
- Driving response to pursuits with key differentiation, executive summary, solution architecture, effort estimation, pricing, risk management, governance, and delivery and engagement approach.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales teams to map sales and awareness of our services by identifying prospects and opportunities.
- Working with Sales teams for cross selling F&A and mining the existing accounts.
Essential :
- 14+ years of experience in a similar role in the BPO industry
- Excellent understanding of F&A domain specifically in R2R
- Help build a strong R2R function that provides current and prospective clients with leading industry best practices in R2R, solutions to improve their Accounting and Reporting functions, creating collateral/IP to continue as a leader among service providers, and actively drive winning new deals.
- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts, processes and key controls, policies, Accounting, Reconciliations, Closing, Fixed Assets, reporting, budgeting and forecasting principles. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle and Bolt on tools for R2R is desirable.
- Is able to lead R2R discussions with clients as a subject matter expert and participate in proposals, transformation projects, solutions and other projects
- Assist in implementation of best practices in different accounts
- This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different client situations/scenarios and provide quick solutions.
