Position – AVP Transfer Pricing

Company - Leading Investment Bank

Location – Pune

Exp – 6+yrs

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Reviewing monthly Transfer Pricing calculations

- Quarterly IBD report, GBM remote booking tracker report

- Monthly split hedges reporting and templates roll forward

- Yearly TP budget preparation, TP documentation roll forward

- Support on yearly activities like TP calculations Final Adjustments, KPMG audit, regional Tax audits

- Support on projects like Cash equity intercompany commissions and M1 adjustments – trader model analytics

- Transfer Pricing calculations streamlining

- Quarterly remote booking report

- Support on projects like IT allocations project and OHQ allocations

Qualification & Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with 6+ years post qualification experience.

- Experience in Investment bank back office or a multinational corporation preferably the big 4 Audit firms.

- Strong experience & knowledge in Tax transfer pricing.

- Good communication and excel skills necessary.
