AVP - Transaction Support - Due Diligence/M&A Advisory - CA

Hiring for a premier professional services Firm founded with a vision of providing an exemplary array of advisory services to businesses and organizations, both domestic and international.

Main Priorities

- Understanding and analysis of business operations, financial statements, deal rationale, valuation multiples etc.

- Research and analysis of specific industry segment and preparing profile of potential targets.

- High quality presentations, reports, memos, emails (internal and external).

- Due Diligence support

- Business modelling and undertaking valuation based on various approaches

- Client meetings with support from AD/Managers

Education Qualifications: CA

Previous work experience:

- Articles in statutory audit from Big 4s, and 2-3 years, post qualification experience in due diligence, or any facet of M&A advisory.
