AVP - Transaction Execution - Investment Bank

We are looking out for AVP - Transaction Execution with an investment bank

The role involves -

- The candidate will manage end to end transaction execution, from initial client pitches through transaction closings, mergers and acquisitions; and other strategic advisory services

- Will lead transaction execution including investor reach out and pitches, negotiation of terms, working with third-party service providers etc.

Skill set required -

- MBA with major in Finance or Economics/ CFA / CA/ CWA preferred.

- Superior financial modeling skills with solid experience in accounting and business valuation techniques

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, and specifically Excel and Powerpoint

Experience:

- 5-7 years of experience at an investment bank or boutique M&A or private equity advisory firm with solid transaction experience across a range of transaction types

- Demonstrated experience in managing of day-to-day aspects of client relationships and transactions with superior attention to detail and quality deliverables
