AVP - Transaction Advisory - CA Firm

The selected candidate shall work closely with the Senior Team of the Transaction Advisory Division of the Firm for developing and executing Business Advisory & Transaction Support Mandates as detailed below. He / she shall independently deal with Senior Management of Clients & support the team for the successful execution of all such allocated mandates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Execution of allocated Business Advisory mandates, which may include:

- Fund Sourcing through domestic & international sources including PE Funds, HNIs & Family Offices

- Debt Funds Sourced through domestic and international sources

Mergers & Acquisitions:

- Joint Ventures / Foreign Collaborations / Franchise Agreements etc

Execution of allocated Transaction Support mandates, which may include:

- Information Memorandums, Business Plans, Feasibility Studies, Project Reports

- Financial Valuations & Financial Projections

- Due Diligences Reviews

- Documentation of Definitive Agreements
