Designation : AVP - Training
Reports to Training Head
Supervises:
- All training leads, managers, SMEs etc reporting from the particular processes of the LOB (Line of Business)
Co-ordinates:
- With Program Manager / SDL / other stakeholders in operations
- Overlooks team's coordination with Infra for transport & other misc. as required
- Supervises for all people coordination's (mapping , Sapping, manpower count, rejects, etc)
- Other training resources (head training/ CoE) for any tactical implementation, Attrition, Training Plan & Labs / content etc.etc)
- With Quality team for adherence & compliance
- With CSF / WFM / TTCoE for training capacity / projections / Planning & Implementation
Profile:
- Age group above 34 years
- High on Influential Skills, followed by Compliance & Steadiness value
- Assertive Communication / Body Language
- Effective communication skills
- Key behaviours- high in energy, optimistic and a go getter in terms of challenges and the output expected to arrive at
- Appearance: Well groomed & professional
- Ability to handle a team-people management and Conflict management skills

- Min 12 yrs experience in relevant work sphere & 5 yrs experience in training
- Good performance background
- To plan, co-ordinate, design and deliver customers training requirements
- To be fully skilled to specified standards in learning methods & techniques. To be competent to help and facilitate people of all grades & backgrounds in a training environment, on a range of relevant subjects
- To provide support, and act as subject matter expert (having a high degree of technical knowledge)
- Complete MIS & reporting skill sets
- Good networking skills

Certified V& A / Soft skills trainer or Process Trainer

- Ensure consistent training Review's with other departments
- Create & update knowledge base
- Ensure process compliance with applicable Quality Standards and Client specific processes.

Key Performance Indicators:
- Overall 85% trainees trained, passing with the required minimum threshold & overall 85% of trainees trained, clearing TM scores successfully. Preparation & distribution of training MIS
- Suppliers meeting SLAs
- Incremental reduction in cost & increased effectiveness in training along with developing & implementing computer Based Training
- Training Output - Overall Improvement in post training scores vis-a-vis the pre training scores, meeting client SLAs.
- Regular feedback & monthly reviews with all direct reportees
- Coordinates and participates in monthly calibration session with quality / Operations / MBRs & QBRs as needed
- Creates, updates & maintains knowledge base
- Compliance on Quality standards
- Enthusiastic & performance oriented team & develops successive line managers
