About our Client - Our client is a global financial services firm, that has an established domestic presence across asset management, transaction banking, corporate finance, wealth management and investment banking. They are seeking to expand their current operations by facilitating a number of migrations from their global centres.

Job Description - Reporting to the VP of Trade Operations, you will be responsible for:

- Liaising with the project teams and facilitating migrations from the UK, US and EMEA regions

- Ensuring that customer experience matches global standards

- Streamlining all processes with a focus on operational risk

- Recruiting, training and motivating team members to maintain high KPI levels and guarantee productivity

The Successful Candidate - You will have at least 10 years of experience in the BFSI space with strong basics in Trade Finance Operations, any migrations or project experience will be looked upon favorably. The candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills. He/She will be required to manage a team of 35 members or more. Experience within a captive set up is desirable
