AVP - Trade Finance Operations

Job profile:

Attending to front-end requirements of wholesale & retail customers

Coordinating with clients /Correspondent Banks for getting the queries raised by Trade Finance / CMS Operations resolved in a timely manner

To serve customers from Wholesale, Retail & Privy segment

Should have experience in handling trade finance operations

Initial scrutiny of documents for Trade before sending the documents to CPC for further processing

To co-ordinate with CPC / CMS / Clearing for all requirements of the customer and ensure that all deliverables are delivered / transactions processed as per the agreed TAT

Skills/Expertise:

12-15 years of experience in Trade Operations is must

Should be familiar with Trade Finance and CMS products.

First class / high second class graduate preferably with JAIB / CAIIB qualification

Should be extremely customer centric and have excellent communication skills

Should me managing a team of at least 20 - 25 resources & minimum transactions should be around 10K per month.

Well versed in URC, UCP, URDG, ISP and regulatory guidelines
