Job Description - Reporting to the VP - Trade Finance, you will be responsible for:

- Revisiting operational processes and streamlining them for the entire EMEA business zone

- Working closely with the technology team to improve platforms and set up check points to curb any operational risk that might arise

- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to understand the various products, innovate and implement according to changing needs

- Generating MIS reports for your team:

- Budgeting, performance appraisals and target setting

The Successful Candidate - You will have at least 10 years of experience within the BFSI space having a strong understanding of all trade finance products, You should be a post graduate degree holder with excellent analytical skills. Project experience will be looked at favorably. You should have good communication and presentation skills
