About our Client - Our client is a leading Investment Bank and one of the largest financial services groups in the world. To bring their growing business to greater heights, they are looking for a talented and experienced AVP for their trade capture team as a part of their prime services business unit in their securities division, in Mumbai. The role requires you to own the Trading Management functions and to drive change locally and globally, interacting with Senior Traders and Trading Heads globally. You will be working in a highly charged trading environment - and will need to be a self-starter, motivated and thinking individual.

Job Description -

- Providing the Swaps and Securities Lending Trading desk with analytics to aid trading and risk management.

- Ensuring Front Office risk and PL are correct, through management of entire Trading Books Pricing and Management of Inventory through effective Collateral Management Booking

- Processing of all Swaps and Securities Lending Business Ensuring all positions are correctly captured either through automated process or by manual bookings.

- Simultaneously work with IT/Desk to remove manual booking.

- Client liaison with the internal and external clients on adhoc queries and requests -Work on projects to improve the front-to-back trade flow and take complete ownership of the Front Office trade flow.

The Successful Candidate - The role requires you to own the Trading Management functions and to drive change locally and globally, interacting with Senior Traders and Trading Heads globally. You will be working in a highly charged trading environment and will need to be a self-starter, motivated and thinking individual. In addition, the successful candidate must possess:

- Excellent academic background (CA- 1st or 2nd attempt)

- Basic understanding of the financial industry and products

- High level of attention to detail, good team player with ability to work independently

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and work under pressure
