AVP - Technology Sector Banker

Looking for a professional with at least 4-5 years of experience in a MIX Industry environment; that is currently/or has been working as part of M&A teams in a mid-tier/front-line IT Services/Tech Company in a mid-level position (with over 2 years of exposure in that role) AND an earlier/current experience in having done a 2-3 year stint before that on the sell-side with a large or boutique Investment bank with coverage of IT/Tech/BPO space or TMT sector.

Role Details :

(a) 3-4 years of Technology M&A experience (incl. Sell Side + Buy Side)

(b) Been part of or led minimum of 2 to 3 technology / enterprise services / engineering services / Business Services transactions with exposure in dealing with Cross border transactions

(c) Prior experience in a Technology corporate (esp. in traditional tech / cloud tech / TMT / IT-ITES Services / BPO will be an added advantage)

(d) Skilled in Financial Modelling, Valuations, Due Diligence, Pitch documents (good hand on presentation skills + Excel modeling techniques)

(e) Successful track record of closing deals and leading execution in the Enterprise Technology / Business Services sector
