Primarily looking for People managers who can lead multiple teams with 100+ resources has involved in Delivering large scale projects in DW and BI technology with Mandatory exp in Corporate / Market Risk & Banking regulatory compliance domain background

Job Description (About the Job)

This Manager will be responsible for : - Effectively managing multiple tracks - Development, Production Support, Testing, Business Analysis and Project Management teams in Datawarehousing, Business Intelligence and Analytics.

- End to End Application development with application and service ownership

- Responsible for complete talent management

- Involved in implementing company policies and delegating responsibilities/assignments to direct reports

- Managing partners across multiple locations in India. and US

- Vendor management

Minimum Qualifications:

Exemplary People Management Skills

- Ability to deliver in high pressure environment

- To manage resources and budget effectively

- Excellent team management and stakeholder management

- Experience in handling Dev, Support and Testing across technologies

- High level of analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills

- Corporate / Market Risk & Banking regulatory compliance domain background is very important,

- Solution / proposal writing

Manage 3 -6 different groups with total 100+ resources

Will involve in managing Managers in DW and BI technology

Mandatory Exp in Corporate / Market Risk & Banking regulatory compliance domain
