We have urgent Requirement of (AVP - Technology) for our Noida Headquarter.

Designation: AVP - Technology

Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing and executing projects.

Work Experience (Knowledge, Skills and Behavior)

A) KNOWLEDGE

- Proficient in Asp, Dot net, C #, MS technologies.

- Candidates with high level energy, team orientation, experienced in software project management.

- B.E. (Computer Sciences/Electronics) / M-Tech with minimum 10 years of experience in software analysis / design / development / architecture & project management.

- Experience in developing project plans for customer reviews using Microsoft Project tool. Also developed detailed development work-breakdown structures for the team.

- Should have an experience in project estimation & feasibility.

- Experience in risk management and mitigation plans by taking proactive decisions during the course of the project so as to ensure that the Project milestones are met.

- To be responsible for guidance and mentoring of team leaders/designers/developers for solving their technical & personal problems.

B) SKILLS

- Designing and architecting enterprise web application sites using Dot Net Technologies

- Strong skills in SQL server 2005/2008 with Schema Design and Stored Procedures. Experience in other RDBMS is an added advantage.

- Exposure to fine-tuning IIS settings, SQL Server and application settings for optimal performance along with code optimization & application performance tuning.

- Understanding high level business requirements and translating them into technical specifications

- Re-factoring design and code to comply with new design patterns and enhancement requests

- Software best practices QA processes, configuration management, build and release management, designing and coding guidelines etc.

- Troubleshooting and problem solving

- Should have managed a large technology team size & have exposure to project management tools & methodologies (iterative development).

- Should have strong OOAD skills & experience designing business model using UML.

- Should have worked extensively with XML & XSLT
