Span of Control : - 15+ FTEs + Strategic Partners Teams (15)

Responsibilities : -

- Lead strategic new Initiative UCRS program with 18 month road map.

- Engage in major Initiatives planning and execution discussions

- Build-out of UCCRT UCRS Technology Delivery Unit at the bank

- Resource Planning, Strategy & On boarding

- Capability Build-out (SME Development, Leadership Development, Organization Assets)

- Business/ Domain and Application SME Development across UCRS

- Interface with LoB, Technology Partners and Cross Functional Teams

- Manage multi-site delivery teams with Follow The Sun model

- Collaborate with SPs and I2I Vendors ; Implement Hybrid Delivery Model

- Conflict & Issues Management

Primary Expertise & Skills

Domain:

- Consumer/Retail Banking, Credit Card Collections & Recovery

- Strong Experience in workflow & collections and recovery Systems

Other:

- Strong Business Acumen

- Ability to work with LoB and Cross Functional Teams
