- Develop overall tax Strategy in terms of effective tax planning and due diligence related to taxation matters

Direct Taxation :

- Oversee and provide direction towards the annual tax planning encompassing assessment, appeals etc.

- Responsible for the Income tax assessment including representation before the authority

- Responsible for Transfer pricing study

Indirect Taxation :

- Oversee, provide direction and ensure overall compliance on matters related to indirect tax
