AVP - Taxation - BFSI

Mandatory - CA with team management experience.

Preferable CA passout from 2013 2014 batches.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Manage all direct tax/indirect tax compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.

- Build relationships and liaise with various tax authorities for refunds, notices, department audits etc.

- Responsible for implementation tax changes in various systems of to ensure accurate compliance.

- Identify and mitigate tax risks.

- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting , tax compliance and all types of tax returns.

- Conduct process checks and review to assess the adequacy,effectiveness and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures and implementing best practices.

- Identify key areas of tax risk within the organisation and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks.

- Assist the development of an internal control culture, including training to staff.

COMPETENCIES :

- Expertise knowledge of tax accounting , tax compliance and all types of tax returns
