Looking for Head of Talent Management for a leading Media Company based out of Mumbai.
The incumbent will be responsible for
Management of Issues & Grievances:
- Verify and confirm warnings and monitor improvement of undesirable behaviour and misconduct
- Conduct grievance management, counselling. Prepare reports with recommendations and action plans for implementation
- Collaborate with respective HR professionals and/or Business to manage difficult and complicated disciplinary, grievance and counselling cases
Employee Satisfaction & Change Management:
- Assist management to create and maintain conducive working environment in which all employee- s talent, potential and skills are maximized to the fullest
- Proactively identify and address any undesirable behaviour which is not in line with values and ethics
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and audits as and when required
- Implement various change management strategies and interventions according to relevant changes in respective Business Units
Its a Pan India role: the person will be partnering for 5000 + employees.
Candidates with extensive experience in Grievance handling, Talent Management may apply.
Experience required for the role is 12-15 years
