We are looking for an experienced AVP - Talent Development & Training to drive learning and development initiatives in a high-growth environment for our leading Asse Management client. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic learning programs that enhance workforce capabilities and align with business objectives.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy that supports business goals.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning programs.
- Implement data-driven approaches to track training effectiveness and improve learning outcomes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce cutting-edge learning methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional projects to streamline and enhance training initiatives.
- Foster an environment of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 6+ years of experience in talent development, leadership training or organizational learning.
- Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders and influence learning culture.
- Expertise in program management, learning frameworks and data analysis.
- A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for innovation in learning & development.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to drive measurable outcomes.
