Experience: 8+ Years in Recruitments/ Talent Acquisition strategy (Team handling experience must)
Job Role:
- Creating sustainable talent acquisition recruitment strategies and techniques with strong forecasting mechanism
- On time fulfillment of externally acquired talent in critical roles
- No revenue leakage in Operations talent acquisition
- Brings a strategic mix between Full-time, Partner & Freelance employees to support business growth
- Stay current with advancements of technology, platforms and vendors supporting the build of early talent pipelines
- Launch & run independent & high scale campus programs for Digital hiring. Organize assessment centers and career events
- Track & Report key recruiting KPIs to refine strategy and craft quarterly Focused Areas
- Identify key sourcing channels per external breathing (research, network, leverage job portals, social media, partners and referrals)
- Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates
- Oversee and improve overall candidate experience (Candidate Management Systems)
- Creating competitive compensation strategies making organization- the top destination for digital talent
- Innovative branding & marketing initiatives
