We are hiring for AVP - TA Strategy for our client in Insurance sector. The candidate should have experience as TA COE/SME, worked on TA Strategy & Policy Design, driving National Programs, Framework & Employer Branding initiatives & driving Leadership Hiring Portfolio. It is a design & strategy expert role where the candidate is expected to have Leadership abilities (People Management) will have 2-3 DRs, reporting to Head TA.
- Responsible for implementing and assisting the development of effective recruitment strategies in order to attract and screen high quality entry level to experienced senior level candidates in specific functional areas within TAT.
- Handling Volume Hiring
- Recruit candidates through proactive market research/job portal search, Internal referrals, IJPs and on-going relationship management with vendors; conduct in-depth screenings of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences
- Own and manage recruiting metrics such as Quality of hires, TAT, interview-to-offer ratios, renege management, contracts
- Effectively develop and execute recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking processes
