The role can work remotely (open to any location in India).
- Must have core TA experience with tech hiring expertise.
- Must have experience in handling Asia as a geography.
- 10 years experience in TA, Strategic interventions, Stakeholder management, remote team management, scaling up.
- Budget 35 Lakhs.
Job Description :
- Drive Talent Acquisition function with the overall goal to recruit and hire exceptional talent.
- Directly oversee the strategic development and execution of the talent acquisition needs.
- Create an employer Branding Proposition.
- Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
- 10+ years of proven work experience as an HR Talent acquisition professional or a similar role.
- Must have expertise in global hiring in Tech and Non Tech roles
- Ability to work in a dynamic multicultural environment, engage with leaders and manage some extent of ambiguity
- Experience in a high growth organization or a start-up would be preferred.
