About client: Our client is a leading financial services company in India with a diversified portfolio in multiple business. They are growing at a rapid pace and are looking for AVP Talent acquisition. The role will report to head of recruitment with an extensive coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Role:

- Pure play talent acquisition role - Supporting multiple business units

- Manage extensive stakeholder management and drive the hiring numbers

- 8+ years of relevant experience is a prerequisite

- Should have good expertise in Strategic planning with regards to recruitment

- Must have experience in Domain specific hiring, skill-based hiring, Market mapping

- Must have experience independently handling sourcing, campus drive, walk-in drives etc.

- This profile requires the Candidate to act as a Team Manager.

- Should have good knowledge of BFSI industry & Stay current on trends and evaluate innovative, low-cost and effective sourcing methods to attract Best Talent from the Industry

- Excellent Communication skills and Negotiation skills

Candidate Profile:

- Professional qualification in a field related to HR is preferred

- Preference will be given to recruiters from BFSI industry

- Candidates with good pedigree will be given preference

- 8 - 15 years of experience, capable of taking quick decisions when required

- Mature and balanced individual with high level of drive and energy

- Team handling experience is a must
