Role : AVP - Talent Acquisition ( Volume Hiring & Train & Deploy Hiring )
Location : Pune
Position Summary :
The objective of this role to bring efficiency and alignment of business units with Talent Acquisition team, and convert this into Talent Transformation Business Unit at Enterprise level.
The role needs to ensure :
1. Human Resource fulfillment : Liaise with WFM and business Leaders to ensure optimum fulfillment and on-time availability of trained pool of human resources internally or externally
2. High pre-process & client process training certification through put
Duties and Responsibilities :1. Take the complete ownership of Talent Transformation Business Unit and create a proactive hiring strategy / model for Front line and Leadership roles delivering 500+ new hires every month including ramp ups.
2. Drive the bulk hiring with desired skill sets within TAT and Cost
3. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders viz- Transition, WFM, Training and HR for smooth TA delivery.
4. Strategic Resource Pool Management and effective resource redeployment (RMG)
5. Effective Bench Management to optimize cost of fulfillment
6. Support WFM team in capacity planning and multi-channel delivery
7. Expected to collaborate with key drivers of business (Sales / Delivery) and enable implementation of strategy for 100% fulfillment of business need / Y-o-Y growth
8. Analyze MIS on various aspects of recruitment viz. TAT adherence, skill based and level based hiring through put, channel utilization, budget utilization and work with TA team on plugging gaps
9. Work with internal stakeholders on critical skill / competency identification and development
10. Reduce cost of hiring and enhance hiring channels through proactive planning and creative interventions
11. Exposure to RPO models will be added advantage in developing the internal model.
12. Responsible for audit and compliance of the TTBU function.
13. Other projects & responsibilities as assigned based on organizational need in operations management
Educational Qualification and Work Experience :
1. PG / Graduate with 15+ years of experience in Frontline Hiring and managing RPO (10+ years in BPM environment most preferably in US BFSI / Mortgage domain)
2. The candidate must have leadership experience of managing teams at multiple locations for bulk hiring
3. Experience in Global roles / management
4. Experience of managing RMG/WFM in IT / ITes would be an added advantage.
