JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implementing recruitment strategy which include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job portal procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, recruitment campaign planning, talent planning etc-
- Should meet the global standards, specified timelines, cost and quality.
- Develop effective sourcing model to ensure optimal channel mix and cost of hiring.
- Creating a credible recruiter base and develop the hiring competency.
- Handling large team across multiple locations.
- Equip recruiters for rigorous skill/aptitude/personality profile/domain assessments.
- Ensuring continuous performance monitoring and improvement plan is in place for recruiters.
- Ensure a robust recruitment process governance.
- Introduction of branding techniques to tab a wider pool of talent
- Provide best of class candidate and customer experience.
- Leverage existing Technology & introduction of new technology in the recruiting process.
