AVP - Talent Acquisition - BFSI - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

We have an urgent opening with one of our client for the role of AVP - Talent Acquisition for Mumbai location. Please find the JD below:

- Talent partnering with India Operations Leaders and heading a team of full life cycle recruiters and recruiting managers across regions to steer hiring for different line of business

- Drive strategic leadership programs, volume hiring and initiative assignments to improvise key recruiting metrics.

- Lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development.

- Mentor Program and helping develop new recruits across global teams.

Experience: 1 - 5 years (min.)

Education: MBA full time from Premium Universities / B-School
