Job Responsibilities:
Position : AVP-Talent Acquisition for Ops and Technology group.
The person would have 9 to 15/16 years of total experience and the key skill sets you require are of
1. Talent Acquisition - maximizing social media reach for recruiting.
2. Experience of working on new initiatives/ have worked on project hiring.
3. Must have excellent understanding of technology hiring.
4. Must have utilized innovative methods for attracting & recruiting talents.
5. Must have good networking & stakeholder management skills.
6. Resources with HRBP experience who have worked on new initiatives, project hiring or having exposure to bfsi space will be preffered.
