Job Description - Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition your primary responsibilities will be:
- Main responsible and SPOC for all graduate campus recruitment mainly the TIER1 and TIER 2 schools
- Providing strategic input on talent pipeline building and developing the leadership pool
- Key responsible in lateral level hiring
- Work closely with campus contacts and business units heads to develop an engagement plan and implement it
- Developing of high quality talent pipeline and utilizing market insights to influence recruitment plans
- You will partner with the business, sourcing leads and HR Business Partner to review and define resourcing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet short, medium and long term client requirements.
The Successful Candidate - You must have at least 5 - 9 years of work experience, primarily in talent acquisition/recruitment coming from BFSI or KPO background only. You must have managed both campus and lateral hirings in your career and driven to build your career in the recruitment space.
